Yes. You can nominate one or more authorised persons to send money for you in-branch. This option is not available online or remotely.
How to set it up
• Visit a branch together
• Both must bring valid photo ID
• Complete and sign the Authorisation Form
Once approved, the authorised person can send transfers for you in person, up to AUD 3,000 per transaction per day
IMPORTANT:
• The authorised person must present ID each time they send money
• They cannot update your personal details
• Transactions must stay within the approved limits/frequency
• You cannot send on behalf of them (unless a separate authorisation is completed)
For your security protection, we may refuse a transaction if we suspect privacy risks or unusual activity.
